I do computer-drawn 2D drawings (not 3-D). Look at the great variety of jobs I have done in the posted images and that I can do yours, too. Many of my drafting jobs were for projects here in Lexington, Ky where the dwgs were approved by the Lexington building code department and the construction project was completed. I have also done many jobs in places such as Arizona, Ohio and Indiana, especially when it was not required for me to travel to the site.
I've done small and very large jobs....see just a few of them here. I have a fairly good library of construction and design data. I've done houses, bathrooms, 2-bay and 4-bay garages, kitchens, a barn, a commercial trucking service facility, remodeled a 3-story church into a hotel, a dept store into a child-care center, many remodeling projects, a 6-unit condo, airplanes, plumbing and electrical layouts, stairways, typewriters, decks, porches, bay windows, etc. I was even able to fit and construct a nice half-bath in the attic of a small house here in town to greatly increase the value and utility of that house. I make drawings of existing structures, such as for realtors, commercial places, etc. Several of my drawings were new jobs for repeat customers. One of my drafting projects was to put in 4-level elevator into a large home addition. Another was of a nearby huge equestrian center and another, a large commercial trucking office center.
Much of my work has been measuring existing spaces and making a drawing of them, such as for renovations, additions, decks, homes, apartments, condos, flips, etc. I've also helped build over 40 local Habitat homes (start to finish), sometimes 3 per year and done hurricane disaster work in Houston in 2017.
My typical fee is a flat $30 per hour I spend on your project But I always try to minimize your costs and give you helpful advice. If there is any travel involved, I charge an additional $25 per hour, to cover cost of my vehicle expenses.
Normally, I send the completed work to you via emailing a pdf, in a suitable size that can be printed by you at a local print shop such as UPS, FedEx, etc. and easily read by the user. Or, if you want to pick up finished prints from me, I can also do that.
Inquire via craigslist email and give me your name, your email address and telephone number. As a retiree, I'm home most of the time.
