Hi, my name is sarah and I am in need of a room I can rent from someone that has an extra room and doesnt mind a roomate. I will pay 400$ a month; no more than 500$ to go towards rent and bills as seen fit. I will pay a nonrefundable deposit of 100$ to do a trial run for the first 3 days before I pay a full months rent and see if we are compatible as roomates together. I bring my own everything and stand on my own feet. Being clean and safe is a MUST ! I will not do any trading. Please do not assume that I will because I will not. I need a reliable, honest, and reasonable person to rent from . PLEASE NO BULLSHITTING! IF YOU DO NOT HONESTLY INTEND ON RENTING A ROOM TO ME; PLEASE KEEP IT MOVING! Time is not recycled.
