We are a growing commercial janitorial company seeking reliable subcontractors to service accounts in the Paris Kentucky area.
We are looking for experienced cleaning crews or owner-operators who can handle consistent, long-term commercial work.
Scope of Work Includes:
Office cleaning
Restroom sanitation
Trash removal
Floor care (vacuuming, mopping, ability to run a riding floor scrubber inside a warehouse)
Breakroom/kitchen cleaning
Stripping and waxing of floors
What We Offer:
Steady account (This is a very large account, the building is approximately 300,000 sq feet of cleaning in Paris, KY. The cleaning hours are from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM in ONE single location on Martin Luther King Blvd.) Looking for a subcontractor that can scale with about 3 F/T people during the AM hours and 3 P/T people for the PM hours. The AM hours are from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM and the PM hours are from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. You will get paid at the end of the month when the work is complete.

Requirements:
Commercial cleaning experience (REQUIRED)
Must have your own equipment and supplies
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass background checks (if required by client)
Must be dependable and detail-oriented
Insurance preferred. You MUST have $1,000,000 in General Liability Insurance
