One rack has the 4 saddle racks, the other has 3 racks and a basket. (More options online, blanket holders and others) You can just slide them out and set it up the way you want. They have hooks we used to hang them up a the show or they can be bolted on a wall, various ways work for install.
I know they're not cheap but $350 is half price and they will last a lifetime.
