Dimensions are as follows: 93"wide|25" from the rear pillow in place to the edge of the couch/17 1/2" from floor to the top of the seat cushion/36" in height from the floor to the top of the high back against which the pillows rest.
The sofa has just been cleaned. The only small stains are on the fabric under the seat cushions.
If interested, please bear in mind that you must pick it up, and that the sofa is extremely heavy!
