Otari MX-5050 BII 2 1/4" reel-to-reel tape deck. Deck is from the late 1980s or early 90s. Only used in professional studios. Comes with rack ears (no side panels).

Partially working. I'll describe as much as I can. The bottom electronics (selector switches, indicators, etc.) come on. The top electronics above the meter including transport buttons and counter, do not work. When I pull back the idler arm, the main capstan motor fires up as normal. The take up or supply motors don't come on. It acts like power is not getting to the top part, which controls the other motors. I eyeballed all fuses I could see. I've included pictures for reference. You probably already know what's wrong with it.

Please look at pictures carefully and ask questions. Because this item is non-functioning, I'm selling AS-IS.
