Bought this software to upgrade from Windows ME to XP but decided not to. Have box, cd (software) and contents (product ID/Registration Certificate of Authenticity). Includes ID key code for access to install. Bought at retail for $99.99 but I realize XP is being phased out by Vista. The only thing you would need to do is go online and search for Windows XP updates for your PC once installed since it is service pack 1 but the service pack 2 download is available on Microsoft.com for FREE!! :) Please email if interested.
