It is a beautiful apartment with a fire place, two cieling fans, and abundent closet space, indluding too walk in closets. It is also in a very convinient location. It is right across from Wal-mart and not far from Kroger, Movie Tavern, and several other shops that really come in handy! There is a pool, fitness center, tanning bed, free copy and fax machine, and a beautiful pond. All eminities are free of charge for tenents.

I got a good deal when I moved in because the apartment now goes for $740 for a two bedroom! So this is a steal! The rent (with water included) usually runs me a total of $709. Electric is seperate.

I am also in the process of selling most of my furniture, but if I can find someone to take over my lease before everything is sold I will gladly include the remaining furniture with the apartment!

The lease last until November but after that if you decide to stay I'm sure you'll be able to at the same price. Also you can have a pet but there is a seperate payment for that.
