I'm desperately trying to find someone to take my apt at Newtown Crossing,
The apt is a three bedroom and my lease is for Bedroom B, rent is 535 a month and that covers everything(utilities, internet, water, etc) except for a landline phone which was decided against b/c of cellphones. The apt is gorgeous and like 5 minutes from everything (UK, the mall, Rupp Arena).
The room that the lease is for has it's own attached bathroom for extra privacy.

It's an excellent, safe place to live but due to other plans of mine to move north I can no longer live there.
