Fully furnished large room with walk in closet. Rent includes all utilities, highspeed broadband internet, and cable. Currently the room is furnished with a queen sized bed, large dresser w/mirror and a vanity and also a large TV. The furniture in the room can be removed upon request. Just outside the room is a nice size bathroom that would be mainly used only by the occupant of the room. The total size of our house is 1800sq.feet. We have two dogs and a cat that live in the house. We require that you provide a background check, as well as signig of an agreed upon contract. contact me for more information.
