I'm looking for someone to take over my 1/4 of a lease on 232b conn terrace (a few blocks from UK on S. Limestone) since I was offered a free room in my friend's townhouse.
The house is shared with 3 female first year Physical Therapy grad students, so we're looking for a grad student/young professional to take the fourth room. The lease is a one year and starts August 1, but August rent is already paid for. You can move in any time after August 1st and your rent is pro-rated for the rest of the month. There is a $350 security deposit, and utilities are not included in rent price.
