I am a 24 year old student at the University of Kentucky's College of Dentistry. I had my two roommates for next year decide not to move to Lexington at the last minute and I am looking for two people to move into my house. The house is 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, washer, dryer, dish washer, and has a fenced in back yard. The house is 1.25 miles from UK's campus off Nicholasville Rd across from Central Baptist Hospital. The two rooms available include the old master bedroom for $340 a month, and the loft room for $310 a month plus utilities.
