„X Cosmetology or Esthiology license beneficial; Aveda graduates preferred.
Experience:
„X One year retail experience or guest service experience in the service industry.

„X Previous computer experience working with Microsoft office required
„X Previous experience working with retail POS computer software preferred
We will be searching for the best of the best for an upcoming Special Event taking place in Lousiville, Shelbyville, LaGrange,Prospect,and Frankfort KY.
The pay will be between 12-14.00$ per hr plus incentive if you can work every weekend from now til the end of the year.

Sets up and organizes cart/table for demonstration using appropriate signage.
Is on the sales floor on time in order to demonstrate and sell the product.
Adheres to all Food Safety, Handling and Sanitation training and guidelines
Remains open and receptive to various training efforts including product preparation, demo presentation, Store rules, sales training and emphasis
Assists other sales advisors as required in a team-oriented environment
Provides daily, accurate and timely reporting of time worked, sales results and meaningful member comments
Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, washing and drying dishes
Adheres to proper dress code; neat appearance and good grooming
Assists Meijer customers with product information or general help in the building.

GENERAL FUNCTION
Ensures enthusiastically satisfied customers all of the time by providing legendary service to our customers when purchasing our products and visiting our store. Delivers superior sales results by assisting the customer in selecting products best suited to their lifestyle and products to care for their purchases. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Responsible for achieving individual sales plan.
· Drives sales to closure by enthusiastically asking questions and making appropriate product recommendations.
· Ensures store is stocked, displayed and secured according to plan. (Protecting company assets).
· Accurately operates the POS system and Macy's system and accounts for all transactions (cash, credit, returns).
· Provides professional customer service in areas such as describing benefits of various lenses and frames, replacing screws, adjusting frames, and quickly identifying other special customer needs.
· Open and/or close the store according to established guidelines.
· Displays a gracious, courteous and polite manner when interacting with all customers, service providers and associates. Providing exemplary customer service.

MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS AND SPECIFICATIONS:
Requires ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Must be able to stand the duration of shift and perform routine tasks with a minimum of supervision, with or without accommodation.
Requires bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, twisting, grasping, pushing and pulling.
Part-time schedule. Must be able to work flexible days and hours to include work availability for weekends.
Excellent communication skills (Good command of the English language) and superb customer care.
Required to pass Food Safety Certification.
